Project: Madison Green Master Association 2003 Crestwood Blvd N, Royal Palm Beach FL 33411
In this project, the main clubhouse at the Madison Green Association, Royal Palm Beach, FL 10-ton central air conditioning system was down and not cooling, causing a lot of problems for the residents and employees of the development. The Property Manager contacted Robert Yoder owner of Romark A/C & Plumbing LLC to come out and evaluate the situation.
Upon prompt arrival to the clubhouse, Robert quickly identified the problem with the old system, which was that it had a large Freon leak.
Due to the obsolescence of the old R22 Freon the coil that was leaking Freon was no longer available. Romark A/C & Plumbing LLC consulted with Lynn Linfante (the Property Manager) and clearly explained the situation and the options for corrective action to solve their cooling problem. Robert informed her that there would be a lengthy permit process and not to be concerned that Romark A/C & Plumbing LLC would gladly handle all of that process expeditiously.
Romark provided an estimate for the installation of the new 10-ton central air conditioning system for the clubhouse including all equipment, labor and permitting cost up front before any work was to be accomplished. This way the Association would know the entire cost of the project before they approved it with no hidden cost to be aware of once work was complete.
Once the estimate was approved by the association Romark A/C & Plumbing LLC quickly completed the new central air conditioning system installation and scheduled the final inspection and was passed by the local municipality mechanical inspector with no issues.
